TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. In order to participate in an event, registration is compulsory for everybody.
2. An individual registration is valid for one person only, and is non-transferable, except under special circumstances.
3. Any disagreement shall be dealt with the Administrator of the Public Relations team.
4. The decision of the Administrator shall be final and binding on the party.
5. SymFiesta reserves the right to change the program at any time. However, efforts shall be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Paid Registrants: Paid registrations are not refundable, except under special circumstances, as decided by the Administrator.
7. SymFiesta is concerned with the protection of your privacy. Your personal information is collected and saved for security reasons.
The terms and conditions are liable to be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the organizer or the ticketing company.

CONTINGENT POLICY
SymFiesta’24 has designed a contingent policy to encourage participation and to ease the process of registration for the students.
1. A minimal fee of Rs 3000 is to be paid by a contingent. This will make them eligible to participate in all the events, except the flagship events.
2. In order to participate in flagship events, the contingent is supposed to pay Rs 900 per flagship event.
3. Only one person/team will participate in a single event from a contingent. If another person/team wishes to participate in the same event, a separate individual registration is to be done for that particular event.

HOSPITALITY POLICY
1. Only out-stationed participants can opt for accommodation arranged by the organising team of
Symfiesta’2024. Delhi-NCR participants won’t be provided with accommodation facilities.
2. Each participant shall have the option of choosing any one from the below-listed options:
➡Rs. 1500/- per person per night (Accommodation for any night(s) between 14th – 18th March
2024)
➡Rs. 4500/- per person for 4 nights (ONLY FOR CONTINGENTS) (Accommodation from 14th –
18th March 2024)
3. The last date to make payments is March 12, 2024, 11:59 p.m., after which no payment shall be
accepted, and no accommodation will be provided.
4. Accommodation will be provided in a hotel. There is no provision for on-campus accommodation.
The participants must strictly adhere to the curfew timings for entering/ exiting the college. Rooms
will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
5. Access to Pro Night:
• Those seeking accommodation for per day basis, will only be allowed entry to campus for the days
of their event in which they have participated.
• Contingents who are seeking accommodation for all 4 nights will be granted entry to campus for all
3 days of the fest, providing them the opportunity to enjoy the pro-nights. All other disciplinary
rules and regulations will apply.
• Note: In case of any change in circumstances, the organising team of Symfiesta’24 reserves the
right to amend the rules concerning entry and exit to the campus for pro-nights, if deemed
necessary. The same shall be duly conveyed and discussed with the concerned participants.
6. For verification purposes, it is imperative for all the participants to carry their:
• Student Identity Card issued by their respective colleges,
• 3 passport-size photographs
• Aadhaar Card (Original).
No participant will be permitted to enter the University Premises without them.
7. All participants will be issued Identification Cards from the registration desk by the organising
committee of Symfiesta’24. Such cards are to be compulsorily worn inside the campus at all times
and shown at the gates while entering the campus premises.
8. There is no provision for separate accommodation for faculty or parents accompanying the
participants.
9. Separate accommodation will be provided for boys and girls.
10. The rooms will be shared on a double-occupancy basis by the participants irrespective of their
college and accommodation options opted for.
11. Consumption or possession of alcohol, drugs, narcotics/psychotropic or similar substances is strictly
prohibited within the University premises or the hotel. Any participant violating this rule will
immediately be debarred from the fest, and stringent measures will be taken against them.
12. The hotel accommodation is equipped with CCTV surveillance (except rooms). The organising team
and the hotel owner/manager have the authority to check the tapes, in case of any mishap.
13. In an event where it is found that the participant/s at the hotel accommodation are causing
inconvenience to other participants or to the hotel staff, the organising team and the hotel owner/
manager have the authority to immediately make the concerned participant/s vacate the property
after one verbal warning.
14. At the time of check-out from the hotel premises, the organising team of Symfiesta’24 will inspect
each room. In case it is found that any damage to the accommodation property is done, a fine
(depending on the damage) will be charged to the participants staying in the respective rooms. The
fine needs to be paid at the hotel premises. Only post-resolution of the same will the participant be
allowed to check out from the premises. In case damage is done to the hotel’s common area, the
entire contingent would be liable to pay the amount.
15. In case of any dispute or discrepancy, the decision taken by the organising team of Symfiesta’24
shall be final and binding.

17. Payment Method: The point of contact of each college/the concerned individual participant shall
write a mail to the Symfiesta’2024 registration email id (symfiesta-registration@symlaw.edu.in),
with the subject line “Request to Provide Accommodation_(Name of College/Individual)”.
The body of the email shall contain:
• A request for the grant of accommodation.
• Type of accommodation requested (Type A or Type B). In the case of Type A accommodation,
the specific dates on which accommodation is needed must be mentioned clearly.
• In the case of individual participants: The participant must attach a government identification
card (Aadhaar/Driving License preferred) in a .pdf file titled “ID Card_(Name of Participant)”
• In the case of team participants: The person sending the mail (point of contact) must attach the
following two documents:
(1) A .pdf file titled “ID Cards_(Name of College)” containing the Government
Identification cards of all participants seeking accommodation.
Explanation: All IDs are to be compiled in a single pdf only.
(2) An excel sheet titled “Details of the Participants_(Name of College)” is to be attached
with the mail. The same shall contain the following details of each participant seeking
accommodation:
• Name of the Participant
• Gender
• Age
• Contact Details (Phone)
• Email ID
